Invoice data

IssueMeaningResolution
Missing during reconciliationA previously imported invoice was absent from a complete snapshot, for example after it was deleted.Review the invoice in Business Central; Carden blocks payment preparation until it reappears.
Tax or invoice arithmetic mismatchLine tax, discounts, and totals did not reconcile exactly.Correct the invoice in Business Central; Carden never rounds or redistributes amounts.
Tax-inclusive pricesThe invoice uses prices that include tax.Not supported in preview; use tax-exclusive pricing for these customers.
Unsupported line typeThe invoice has Account, Resource, Fixed Asset, or Charge lines, such as freight. Not supported in preview; these invoices remain blocked rather than misrepresented.

Payment applications are not imported in preview. Carden uses the invoice's remaining amount to decide whether it is wholly unpaid.
